Allan is a tenured advisor with decades of experience in the education industry, holding titles from marketing, innovation, and business development, to CEO. He has spent his career focusing on adding value, reframing problems, and designing solutions that have resulted in significant revenue growth.
Allan is one of the world’s most respected leaders in both education and franchising and is revered for his role in guiding tutoring franchise Kumon during its early beginnings to global success with over 23,000 centres worldwide.

In his new role as Head of Global Partnerships, Allan will leverage his extensive experience in scaling education franchises to drive Success Tutoring’s global expansion. With over 25 years of leadership in the education sector, including his contributions to Kumon’s significant international growth, Allan brings a wealth of knowledge in building partnerships, enhancing customer experience and strategic planning to his new position.
Allan’s role at Success Tutoring also involves being an ongoing advisor to the executive team, being a touchpoint to support staff, and will be directly reporting his findings and recommendations to Michael Black, Founder of Success Tutoring.
