How are staff trained?

Staff undergo training at SuccessAcademy™ which are online modules with quizzes.

This includes different modules such as;

• Tutor Roles & Responsibilities
• Centre processes and Compliance
• How to conduct a first lesson
• Success Tutoring Program Structure
• Teaching And Learning Strategies
• Behaviour Management 

Staff also undergo a mandatory tutor assessment which ensures that the tutors understand the concepts, teaching style and overall roles and responsibilities.
